Created by the award-winning Hiroshi Nakakado, this tumbler offers a delicate, beautiful gradient shimmer, a showcase of master craftsmanship, that makes every moment a pleasure. Thanks to the cloth-reinforcement (nunokise) technique of Wajima lacquerware, which involves more than 100 processes, it features remarkable durability and a smooth feel on the lips.

Made of wood with excellent heat resistance and insulation, it keeps ice lasting longer in cold drinks,

The Noto Hiba chips used as cushioning material can be used as a deodorizer and insect repellent,
so feel free to place them in your shoe cabinet or closet as you like.

― What Is Noto Hiba? ―

・A coniferous tree that grows only in certain areas of the Noto Peninsula.
・It is rich in a natural compound called hinokitiol, which helps prevent the growth of mold and bacteria.
・It has an insect-repelling effect that keeps pests away and a deodorizing effect that eliminates unpleasant odors. It is resistant to moisture and bacteria, and has antibacterial and sterilizing properties.
・Being a natural material, it is gentle on people and the environment, and safe for homes with children and pets.

― Precautions for Use ―

・Before first use, there may be a slight smell due to the nature of the paint.
If this bothers you, pour in hot water (about 60°C), leave it for a while, and repeat until the smell no longer bothers you.
※The heat resistance temperature during use is about 70°C.
・After use, please wash with hot water or water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
・Please store out of direct sunlight, as it may cause deformation or discoloration.
・Do not scrub with a scrubbing brush or abrasive cleanser.
・Please use the product correctly, in line with its intended purpose. Incorrect use may damage the product or cause injury.
・Depending on your constitution, lacquer and similar coatings may very rarely cause a skin rash. If you notice anything unusual, stop using the product and consult a specialist doctor.
・Do not use over an open flame or in a microwave, dryer or dishwasher.
・Do not use chemical fibers, chemicals or anything else that could damage the lacquered surface. ・Do not use the product if it is cracked or chipped.
