Second, wash it as soon as possible after use.
Third, after washing, wipe off the moisture before letting it dry.

[Handling and Care Instructions]
■ Except when cutting dry items, moisten both sides with water before use and drain off the water.
■ Please wash it as soon as possible after use. We recommend scrubbing with a scrub brush and water.
　Do not use more detergent than necessary, and if you do use it, rinse thoroughly.
(We also carry detergents that are gentle, highly effective at cleaning and considerate of the environment, so please feel free to use them.)
■ After washing, wipe the whole board thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.
■ The trick is to stand it up in a dish rack or cutting board stand so that it is raised off the surface.
■ Store it in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight.
■ Please do not use a dishwasher, as it can cause warping and cracking.
■ There may be a scent unique to ginkgo wood, but it will fade as you continue to use the board.
